Usui Reiki Level 1Certification Class

You will gain a thorough understanding of the system of Reiki from a Western perspective, learn how to give yourself and others a complete Reiki treatment, and receive the First Degree Reiki I attunement and certificate. This class is for everyone.

All Reiki Certification Classes are provided in an in person class setting. The class material comes from the Manuals developed by the International Center for Reiki Training.(ICRT)

The classes include Usui/Tibetan Reiki Training as well as techniques developed by the ICRT.
All classes offer a teaching style that combines education, demonstration, and practice sessions so you can feel confident as you develop your Reiki Practice for yourself and others.

Basic Reiki principles

·         5 Elements of Usui Reiki (Precepts, techniques, Hands on healing, Symbols, Reiju/attunement)

·         How does Reiki Work?

·         What makes reiki different?

·         Attunement process

·         How to perform a reiki session

·         Self healing hand positions

·         Hand positions for healing others

·         Power symbol (western use)

·         Chakra energy system

·         Use of spirit guide

 

 

Techniques

·         Gasso

·         Scanning

·         Beaming

·         Chakra balancing

·         Aura cleansing

·         Grounding

 

Preparation

Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a sack lunch and a bottle of water. Bring a pencil and notepad to take notes.

 

 

Duration

Each First Degree Reiki I class usually lasts around 5 hours, but this can vary. All students of Reiki are warmly invited to continue to build upon what they have learnt by attending reiki workshops which are held regularly.

Costs

      VOLUNTARY DONATIONS :. The usual cost of a First Degree Reiki I Class is around $100 to $150. You are welcome to leave a donation of your choosing at the end of the class which will be shared with people with cancer.
